If your multi-media DVD player has AV input, you can connect the dash camera directly, and view real time video recorded by dash camera or view the menu of dash camera.

But you can’t set up the menu on touch screen of the DVD player.

Q&A about DVR


Q: Is the price including import tax?

A: No, it includes export tax, but it does not include import tax. We will do our best to help our buyers to minimize the risk of paying high taxes.

 Sometimes, you have to pay the import taxes for the package. If you have any special requirement of commercial invoice, please contact with us freely.


Q: Does the DVR have parking monitoring function?

A: Yes, you need to connect the yellow cable of DVR to car battery, choose the motion detection. When the camera detects a shock, it start to record for 30 seconds, to protect your car 24 hours.


Q: Can audio be recorded into video?

A: Sure, you can set audio on or off on DVR’s menu or application on your phone. Note: The audio recording of sound maybe not so good.


Q: When using the app to preview videos, it does not play smoothly?

A: (1) Please stop other unnecessary running application.

  (2) Wifi maybe affected by strong electromagnetic environment.

  (3) Please make sure if you have open your phone’s Bluetooth. Bluetooth will affect the wifi.


Q: Why the videos preview on phone or DVD online is not very clear?

A: The videos in app is not as good as the video on SD card, if you want to watch the1080P video, you have to get the SD card out, use an SD card reader to watch the videos on your computer. Or you can download the videos from APP to you phone. It doesn’t need to connect your phone to internet.


Q: Why my DVR camera indicate “SD card Full”?

A: 1) Please check if your memory card is original brand high speed Class 10 memory card, if you use some copy card like Class 4 or Class 6, it will indicate SD card full because it is not compatible.

  2) Check your DVR MENU settings if you have opened on Loop Recording. You must open Loop Recording this function the previous video can be overwritten.

  3) Check your DVR MENU settings if you have turn off G-Sensor at the same time. If G-Sensor is on, the file will be protected that can’t be overwrite, so the SD card will be full.

  4) You must format to clear up your memory card file by hand at least 2~3 times within a month because the memory card inside will have some locked file that happen while driving at some emergency time, but this locked files can’t be overwrite automatically. You must delete them by hand.


Q: Why the TF Card can’t be recognized or can’t be record?

A: The car DVR supports only Class 10 FAT32 TF card (support Max 32G) to record. If you insert a low speed card, the video will not be smooth. If DVR could not identify the memory card, please format the memory card.
